Welcome to the Project Management Log

I have decided to start keeping a project log (plog). This is a tool often use internally by IT teams. The goal for me is to help integrate people, project resources, and service providers more easily and keep track of advancements in the pre-launch of the e-business Online Entrepreneur. My goal for followers is:

“let me make the mistakes for you and serve as an example to building your own online businesses”.

The plog will keep followers up-to-date on project issues and concerns as well as walk you through the different processes step by step of the planning, creating, maintaining and expanding an e-business project or simply put an online project or business idea.
